What this site is for
We present our planning and organization services for weddings, quinceañeras and corporate, social and themed events, show a portfolio of events and receive requests for information or quotes. No services are sold, no payments are processed and no bookings are made on this site: the engagement, payments and specific conditions are agreed afterwards, outside the site and in writing.
By using the site you accept these terms. The processing of your personal data is governed by the privacy policy.
Permitted use
You may browse, read the content and contact us. You may not:
- Submit false information, or other people’s data without their authorization.
- Use the form for unsolicited advertising or automated submissions.
- Attempt to access the internal panel or our systems without authorization.
- Copy or reuse the content contrary to “Content and images”.
Quote requests
- Sending a request is not a contract: it does not bind either party or reserve a date.
- Each quote is tailored: it details the services included and the prices, and is valid for 2 days from the date it is sent; after that, prices may change.
- The date and the suppliers depend on availability at the time of confirmation. The date is only reserved once a deposit of 50% of the event price is paid. The payment method for the deposit and the balance, and any other specific conditions, are agreed directly with Eventos Leymar, outside this site.
- The event is engaged outside the site, through a written contract or agreement setting out the services, prices, payment of the balance and change and cancellation conditions. That document prevails over the quote and over this site.
- A quote prepared with incomplete information may change.
- The site does not process payments or bookings: we never ask for payments or bank details through the site or the form.
Content and images
The texts, design, logo and the trade name Eventos Leymar belong to their owner or are used with authorization. Portfolio photographs are of events we organized and are published with the authorization of the people portrayed or their representatives; copyright belongs to their photographers or to whoever holds it.
You may view the content and share links to the site. Copying, bulk downloading, modifying or using it commercially requires written authorization. If you appear in a photograph and want it removed, or believe content infringes your rights, write to [email protected]: we remove it upon receiving the request. Third-party trademarks mentioned belong to their owners.
Scope of the information and liability
- Descriptions, photographs and examples are for guidance: each event is designed according to the request, availability and budget. The service conditions are only those of the accepted quote and the contract.
- We strive to keep the site available and secure, but it may be interrupted by maintenance or provider failures. If the form is unavailable, contact us by WhatsApp or email.
- The site links to WhatsApp and Instagram, which have their own terms and privacy policies.
- We are responsible for the services we contract in accordance with the contract and the law. Nothing in these terms limits the guarantees or rights granted to you by Colombian Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Statute).
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. We may update them; the current version and its date will always be on this page.
